Within the scope of their global SAP QM rollout the decision of Aptar Inc. to implement the IDOS subsystems QM/3 and VIEW/3 in all manufacturing plants worldwide is an important message for the IDOS focus on pharmaceutical and medical technology. After the successful implementations at the subsidiaries Pfeiffer and Seaquist Closures the current rollout of 3 US plants and the Lugano plant is planned. After the successfull implementation of our subsystems at the Schwarzheide plant the BASF company has placed a further order regarding the installation of our subsystem at the global and central lab for crop protection at the Ludwigshafen plant. Within the scope of the replacement of former LIM systems QM/3 integrates complex lab equipment and systems with the SAP application QM.

Within the scope of the company-wide SAP roll-out BIOTRONIK has placed an order to IDOS to implement the application Quality Management for the field of goods receipt and management of test and measurement equipment at the Bülach (CH) site as well as for the manufacturing area at the subsidiary CORTRONIK at Warnemünde. Based on the centralized SAP system for all plants IDOS subsystems/Add-Ons will cover the shop floor level for results recording, analyses and reporting.
BIOTRONIK is a leading European company in the field of biomedical technology with focus on devices for vascular intervention and electrotherapy of the heart (pacemakers, defibrillators (ICDs), leads, stents, catheters, Home Monitoring, telecardiology service).

After successful operation of the IDOS subsystems in the Tilburg (NL) facility of BOSCH Transmission Technology (former VDT) the Robert BOSCH Vietnam company has placed an order to equip the new Vietnam plant with IDOS subsystems. In 2011 the Vietnam plant will manufacture continuous variable transmission systems (CVT), too.

The Continental Mechanical Components company has placed an order to IDOS for their Roding plant to integrate coordinate measuring machines with the SAP application QM by the subsystem QM/3 AutoClient. The division Powertrain of the international automotive supplier Continental develops and produces high-pressure pumps for ultra-efficient diesel common rail and gasoline direct-injection systems that are used in modern cars and light commercial vehicles.

After successful implementation of the subsystem QM/3 in the manufacturing of exclusive watches at Cartier Horlogerie a further rollout has taken place. QM/3 is now also implemented in the manufacturing of jewellery at Cartier Joaillerie. The basis of the comprehensive installation is the centralized SAP application „Quality Management“ running under CITRIX (XenApp).

The Eckes-Granini Group has decided to implement the IDOS addon MIC/3 with the SAP QM results recording. The Eckes-Granini Group based in Nieder-Olm near Mainz is a financially sound and independent family-owned enterprise with annual turnover amounting 900 million Euros.

E.G.O. has placed an order to IDOS to implement the addon MIC/3 for the results recording with SAP QM. With approx. 6000 employees worldwide with locations in over 30 countries E.G.O. is one of the world's largest manufacturers of technologies, components and control electronics for household appliances, medical technology, building and automotive engineering.

The existing contract with EnBW - Energie Baden-Württemberg AG - for the implementation of IT projects has been renewed for two years. The contract includes consulting and development for the companies of the EnBW group.

The fischerwerke company has placed a comprehensive order to IDOS about consulting services and subsystems regarding the application areas manufacturing (SPC) and measurement & test equipment in their division fixing systems. The project involves also harmonization of different applications. Within the scope of the company-wide SAP roll-out Fresenius Kabi AB at Uppsala, Sweden, has placed an order to IDOS to implement the IDOS subsystems QM/3 and VIEW/3 in the laboratory and manufacturing area. The audit of the IDOS quality management system as well as the comprehensive test installation have been the basis for the required validation by the FDA. With 17,000 employees worldwide at 45 productions sites Fresenius Kabi - a 100% subsidiary of the health care group - is the leader in Infusion Therapy and Clinical Nutrition in Europe and in its most important countries of Latin America and Asia Pacific.

After the successful implementation of the subsystem QM/3 AutoClient in the laboratory to integrate coordinate measuring machines into the SAP application “Quality Management” the GEBERIT company has placed a further and comprehensive order to IDOS to implement the subsystem QM/3 as a QM-workplace in the manufacturing area.

As the European market leader the GEBERIT Group is a global supplier in sanitary engineering and develops, produces and sells advanced products and systems for bath and sanitary.

Within the scope of the company-wide SAP roll-out the existing CAQ system will be replaced.by SAP QM with IDOS subsystems. Planned is the world-wide implementation in the plants Germany, Poland, France, Hungary, Spain and China. GEDIA has specialised in the development of body press parts and welding components for cars and trucks. The international orientation of the Group offers the automotive manufacturers logistic and cost advantages.

After running SAP QM with IDOS subsystems in the Essen,Tettau and Lohr plants Gerresheimer Holdings has placed a further order to equip the laboratory and manufacturing area of the Belgium factory with IDOS subsystems. The Gerresheimer Group develops and manufactures at 17 locations worldwide a comprehensive product range of products made of tubular glass and special container glass especially for the pharmaceutics and cosmetics industries.

Within the scope of the company-wide SAP roll-out and replacing the existing CAQ system GIRA has placed an order to IDOS to implement the IDOS subsystems QM/3 and VIEW/3 in the production area. GIRA is a leading system provider for complex and intelligent building technology.

The Huber + Suhner AG has decided to implement the IDOS addon MIC/3 in several plants for the results recording with SAP QM. With headquarter in Switzerland and 24 group companies and numerous agencies in over 60 countries Huber + Suhner belongs to the leading global supplier of components and systems for electrical and optical connectivity.

After successful implementations of the IDOS subsystems QM/3 and VIEW/3 in the manufacturing of exclusive watches at Cartier Horlogerie and exclusive jewellery at Cartier Joaillerie a further rollout within the Richemont group takes place at IWC in Schaffhausen to replace the existing CAQ system.

The MEP-OLBO GmbH has placed an order to IDOS about implementing the SAP application “Quality Management”.

MEP-OLBO is the leading manufacturer of treated processed yarns and fabrics as reinforcement for the rubber industry and operates worldwide with production sites and offices in the USA, Europe and China. MEP-OLBO belongs to the KAP Beteiligungs-AG and employs about 1.200 people worldwide.

The assignment took place via it-novum GmbH, an IT consulting firm with experience with SAP, Open Source and IT service management, founded out of the IT department of Mehler Engineering & Service GmbH.

The Multi-Contact AG has placed an order to IDOS about implementing the SAP application “Quality Management” with integration of the IDOS subsystem QM/3. Within the scope of the company-wide SAP roll-out the existing CAQ system will be replaced.

Within the scope of their global MES strategy and implementation of the standard software adicom of Freudenberg IT the Ontex BVBA (Belgium) has placed an order to IDOS about implementing the SAP application “Quality Management” with integration of the IDOS subsystems QM/3 and VIEW/3 in production and laboratory. With twelve manufacturing facilities Ontex is the European market leader in hygienic disposables for the private label sector and offers a wide range of products for baby care (nappies and wipes) and feminine care (sanitary towels, panty liners and tampons) as well as for the adult incontinence sector.

Within the scope of the worldwide rollout of the SAP application “Quality Management” and after successful implementation at the REXAM Pharma plant in Neuenburg, REXAM Dispensing Systems in Le Treport (France) has placed an order of the IDOS add-on MIC/3, too. REXAM is the world's leading beverage can maker and one of the world`s leading consumer packaging group and serves a number of markets including the beverage, personal care, healthcare and food markets.

Within the scope of the company-wide SAP roll-out at the AptarGroup Seaquist Closures has placed an order to implement the IDOS subsystems QM/3 and VIEW/3 in the Freyung and Ckyne (Czech Republic) plants. Seaquist Closures is a subsidiary of the AptarGroup Inc. and is a world leading manufacturer of dispensing closures and systems to the Food & Beverage and Personal Care & Household markets.

For the evaluation, reporting and statistics under SAP QM Witzenmann has placed an order to IDOS for the implementation of the subsystem VIEW/3. For results recording the IDOS add-on MIC/3 is already in use.

Witzenmann has at its disposal the widest product range of flexible metal elements worldwide. Wherever movements must be absorbed, vibrations must be decoupled or rigid pipe system have to be made flexible. As a development partner of the automotive industry, industry and technical facility equipment and other markets up to aircraft and aerospace industry Witzenmann disposes of an own machine-/toolmaking and prototyping department as well as a comprehensive test and measurement equipment.

Within the scope of the company-wide SAP roll-out and replacing the existing CAQ systems ZOLLERN has placed an order to IDOS to implement the IDOS subsystem QM/3 in the Braunschweig and Osterode plants.
